JUST BE

I love your spirit, divine in essence;
I dream of the day that I'm in your presence.

Reverence I have for the queen of hearts;
Not even the miles and time between can keep us a part.

I start to drift into a undeniable state of bliss;
I'm humbled to know that The Most High, through Universal Law, has orchestrated this.

A kiss is a kiss but yours must be that of a transcendent blessing;
This isn't a poem, it is the summary of my soul confessing.

ENERGY

Thoughts are energy, vibrations and waves;

They journey to and fro, searching, lost in a universal maze...

My days are spent with my thoughts on you;

The energy between us is powerful, an ancient bond, but always feeling new...

They oscillate to transport messages that our mouths won't say;

I'm not tripping on that, because I know our bodies will catch up & speak one day...

Ok, I'm a hopeless romantic, I may come on too strong;

but energy never lies, I send these thoughts to you because they can't be wrong.

UNEXPLAINABLE

How do you love someone when it's not explainable;

You reach out to grasp something that appears unattainable...

Love is blind, but guides us through the darkest nights;

And over tall, impossible obstacles of the highest heights...

I thought love at first sight was truly a fairy tale;

But I've been ambushed by its power, that's the story that I'm here to tell...

How could this be, I'm a little nervous by what I have to do;

By telling you the truth, at first sight, my love has been & is for you.

GUIDING MY HEART

I speak so dramatically & passionate, because my heart is overwhelmed;

If it were a ship, you would be the captain at the helm...

Steering me to great adventures, I'm excited by the thought;

A couple with visions of a life lived, it's the promise that is sought...

I see clearly a future of happily ever after;

I humbly submit my attention as a student & you as master.

A breeze blows through the night air, serenely;

No matter how far away, I catch the scent of you, keenly...

The stars sparkle in the dark sky, mesmerizing;

The moon shines for all to see, astoundingly;

Why would I want someone else when all I see is you;

The smile, the laugh, & the things that you do...

I test this bold theory by mixing & mingling;

but it's only with you that soul harmoniously begins to singing...

My body is tingling, skin warm, & my heart is racing;

Wonderful visions of you & I lovingly embracing...

Is it just a dream, may be for just today;

but it can be a reality if you would allow me to have my way.

KING & QUEEN

Fearless & adventuress is the life I live;

Loyalty & support are the gifts I give...

"King" is a word that's tossed around;

Yet when you see one, you witness a man once lost, now found...

Profound is my passion, loud & clear;

You & I against the world is all you'll hear...

"Queen" is a title for best of the best;

No doubt that is you, this now I can attest.

1st PLACE

You'll know what sunshine is when you see her face; 

her radiance is generated from endless grace...

My heart is pumping at a vigorous pace;

Lol, I imagine her in sexy silk & lace...

No shame, I can't hide my face;

She has seen what she can do to spur on my chase...

A hamster wheel?  No, an infinite race;

The finish line is her hand, I need 1st place.

BEAUTY

Who is more beautiful than she,

I can't fathom that to be;

A fact for none to disagree,

All men with vision of her are blessed to see...

She is untouchable,

but, all in all, lovable;

late nights with her I desire to cuddle,

a feminine physique, so soft & so huggable...

A work of art, it's God, not magic,

for her to be single seems so tragic;

but the games she's not having,

that's what makes her even more attractive...

The magnetism moves me,

her eyes & lips woo me;

patiently I pray that she chooses me,

so I can be privileged to her beauty.

FOREVER MY FIRST CHOICE

When I see you, I SEE YOU;

most are fooled by the armor, but for me, it's see through...

You speak, then I say "me, too", wow, so surreal;

similar spirits, different circumstances, but you know how I feel...

Real is an act of thought manifest from A to B;

who can I trust in this hellish world, then an angel appeared to me...

You had no wings or halo, yet you spoke with a healing voice;

there's no doubt of who you are, you are now & forever my first choice.

Balance

What is the mind to do when the heart is confused & dazed;

the spirit vibrates for understanding from two organs that are blind to its ways.

The spirit is unbound, free to explore & mingle without restriction;

the mind & heart are imprisoned by concepts solidified by tradition.

They know not what they are missing, but they sense the frustration;

The spirit is ignored & overlooked, because of the constant miscommunication.

What a situation to think & feel, but not truly be free;

May be we should turn our thoughts & emotions to the spirit, so together they can see.

Open Her Heart

She's photographed in blue, I'm captivated;

The capturing of the elusive, but emancipated...

How does a man let her go, I'm confused;

She's supposed to be loved & cherished, not abused...

Why can't she see that I'm her knight in shining armor;

I'd die in battle before another could harm her...

God, please, open her heart, so I can be embraced;

I just want to be the one she allows to put a smile on her face...

Dreams of You

When you dream, you may not see me, but I see you;

Obstruction may be in your way, yet, for me, I see a clear view.

What can I do to clear your vision, we both must witness this journey;

Unless you say "no", nothing else in the world can turn me.

From desiring you and the possibilities for a peace of mind;

Most men want the world's wealth, but you have been a better find.

When you are mine, I'll never forget that you are a treasure;

Because the beauty & spirit I see in you is beyond measure...
